GM Civil and Structural are delighted to be involved in the design and development of a new residential development for MacTaggart & Mikel Homes.
Our service will provide all Civil and Structural engineering for the design and detailing of the new houses, access roads, drainage systems including SUDS and RCC Application for adoptable roads within the development.
The project will consist of the construction of 112No. residential properties, constructed off concrete floor slabs with Timber Kit superstructure, finished off with a variety of masonry and render finishes to suit the proposed aesthetic appearance of the development.
