GM Civil and Structural have been instructed to commence full detailed design and engineering assessments for the new brickwork plant for Paterson Quarries Ltd at the site off Westburn Road, Cambuslang. The project will consist of piling works to facilitate the new building and external retaining walls to create the split-level site. The building will be a braced steel frame to house the new brickwork plant, supplied by specialists. All civil and structural design works will take place in the next 2 – 3 months with the planned arrival of the specialist equipment in September 2017 for commissioning.
